About the project:

The TH Residence has three main blocks on its front facade. In order to maintain visual harmony,the same elements were used with adjustments in their proportions. The black marble gives the residence sophistication, while the linear details in white provide a refined contrast. The combination of these materials creates a contemporary and timeless look. In addition to the imposing facade, the house has a front garden designed to complement the aesthetics of the residence. When passing through the garden, the house has two main entrances: the first entering through the main hall and the second through the Majilis. The most prominent volume of all floors contains important areas of the house. On the ground floor, the living room with its integration with the external garden.This point was a very important point for the family. On the upper floor is the master suite and on the top floor is the gym. In order to maintain privacy in these rooms, panels were placed, preserving their intimacy without compromising the luminosity and connection with the outside
