About the project:

The IC Buildings main concept is to combine authentic and contemporary design while maintaining its functionality.Composed of four floors divided between an eyewear store, its overstorey and commercial rooms on the upper floors. The ground floor is divided between the store, offices and the service part. The circulation that gives access to the other floors is highlighted on the front facade, leaving this circulation completely independent. The facade is made up of 3 main elements: woody panels, glass and vegetation. Such materials play a fundamental role, providing an aesthetic that is both contemporary and welcoming. This aspect is very important, as the ground floor must be inviting for anyone passing by on the street to observe the storefront. Both this and the arrangement of the internal displays were inspired by jewelry stores in order to highlight the quality of the product through the layout and lighting.
