About the project:

Located in Miami, Villa 3155S is a 2 floors residence that seeks to harmoniously integrate with the tropical climate and lush vegetation of the region. The main concept is tropicality, which is reflected both in the materiality of the house and in the layout of the spaces. The main facade of the house is more private, where panels close the openings, while the back of the h ouse is open to the garden and pool area. In this area, one of the suspended volumes creates a covered area with a sauna, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical climate. The large glass doors open onto the garden, integrating the interior of the ho use with the surrounding nature. At the bottom of the lot, a private gym was created overlooking the pool. This area is perfect for those who want to maintain an exercise routine and still enjoy the pleasant climate of the region. The materiality of the ho use was chosen to blend in with the surroundings. Wooden panels were used on the facades and roofs, creating a natural and comfortable feeling. The neutral tones of the facades also integrate with the surrounding vegetation, creating a sense of continuity between the house and the natural environment.
