Designed to accommodate a family, the architecture of this house combines harmonious contrasts and contemporary elements. With a predominantly white and black color palette, the residence displays a modern and sophisticated aesthetic. Black details, such as slatted elements and textured facades, provide a striking contrast, adding depth. These elements not only serve as decorative elements but also functionally control the entry of light and privacy in certain areas of the house. Moreover, the use of concrete-toned coatings in some areas adds a tactile sensation and a modern industrial appearance, providing a textural contrast to the smooth and glossy surfaces. The front garden, integrated into the architectural design, serves as a natural balance point. With its vegetation, it creates a serene counterpoint to the houses contemporary style, adding a touch of freshness and life.
