About the project:

The 24SW Villa project in Miami, Florida Is designed to blend contemporary architecture with a connection to the natural environment. Large windows and glass doors allow for ample natural light to enter the interior spaces, while the use of natural elements will create a sense of warmth and organic feel. The design focuses on promoting indoor/outdoor living by providing residents with ample opportunities to relax and socialize in both indoor and outdoor spaces such as a gourmet area, pool, and rooftop terrace. The building features double-height ceilings to ensure a comfortable living space. Wood louvers in the façade filter the sun rays to the inside of the house providing natural light without heating the space. The goal of the design was to create a harmony between contemporary architecture and the natural elements of the surrounding environment.
