About the project:

Located in Los Angeles, on the hill of The Bird Streets, this project consists of a facade retrofitof an existing house. The goal was to modernize the facade, prioritizing large openings forviews of West Hollywoodand the city center.The facade was composed of dark colors and stones with wooden tones, creating asophisticated and modern contrast. The house, positioned on top, has its lower level featuringthe garage and service areas. The first floor is dedicatedto common areas with spacious andintegrated spaces for hosting friends and family. On the upper floor, the bedrooms and privateareas are located.The windows and openings are the main highlight of the project, allowing the surroundinglandscape to seamlessly integrate with the interior spaces of the house. Residents can enjoyincredible views, creating a unique connection between the house and the urban landscape.
